- oh, wow.
i never realised maarten was that hot.
ha ha ha.
i must admit i was smitten when we met last night.
learnt more naughty dutch words from the crazy crazy girls- kristie, isabelle, debbie, marieke and elsje!
they totally went berserk at biermarkt- laughing and singing and dancing in the middle of the square..really cracked me up!
it was at sassenheim, a small town near leiden.
but before that i went with isa to visit her parents at lisse- another small city around that area.
they told me i must go back in spring to the keukenhof because that's when all the empty fields/gardens will be filled with colourful flowers all over the place. i can only imagine how beautiful that must be!
and oh, i saw my first windmill!! muaha!
and a first- i took a tram, a bus, a small train and a big train all in one night.
the food here is suprisingly good. but i havent really had an authentic full dutch dinner yet-
only had typically dutch snacks like kaas souffle, croquette, fries with mayo and peanut sauce....lekker lekker!
the surinamese and middle eastern food is also super damn good. ahhhh...
